6 Month replacement guarantee

YDB P/L warrants the consumer that for 6 months from the date of purchase it will replace or repair, at its option.

Any SpineCare back support product that is defective in materials or workmanship. YDB P/L does not provide warranty against normal wear and tear or accidental breakage due to the application of excessive weight.

In the event that the product is punctured with a sharp instrument, this warranty will become void. This warranty does not apply to products that have been lost, broken, damaged by misuse or failure to follow instructions provided with the product.

Return Policy

Worried that the back support doesn't match your seat? No problems.

We offer you the option to return your back support for a refund on the cost price or a swap for a different back support model. The rules for returning a product are:

  1. Must not be used - only tried on for fitting.
  2. Must also return the original packaging as well as the back support itself.
  3. * You will pay the return postage.
  4. * For exchange and swap for different model, you must also pay the postage for the replacement item (this will be the same amount as the original shipping charge)
  5. 30 day time limit. No returns, no exchanges, or no credits will be accepted after 30 days from the day of purchase.
